Member Guidelines & Agreement

Before joining, please agree to the GGN member guidelines.

GGN is built for grief support, dignity, safety, and human connection. Members must protect each other’s privacy and understand the limits of AI, community support, and practitioner services.

✓ Use the community with respect, compassion, and patience for people carrying grief.

✓ Do not harass, threaten, shame, exploit, or target another member, practitioner, or guest.

✓ Protect privacy. Do not share screenshots, private messages, group conversations, personal stories, or member information outside GGN without consent.

✓ Understand that Jake is an AI bridge and guide, not a therapist, emergency responder, medical provider, or crisis service.

✓ Understand that practitioners are independent and set their own session fees, payment links, scheduling, refunds, cancellations, and live-session access.

✓ Report harmful behavior, scams, unsafe content, hate speech, threats, or misuse of the app.

I understand the private Digital Journal is included with my member package and free-trial access and does not require a separate payment. I understand free trial access is available until July 1, 2026. Billing begins after the trial based on the member plan selected unless canceled before the trial ends. I agree to the Global Grief Network membership terms and billing policy. I agree to follow the Global Grief Network member guidelines, community rules, privacy expectations, and respectful-use standards. I agree not to share private member stories, screenshots, chatroom conversations, personal information, or practitioner/member messages outside the app without consent. I understand practitioner sessions, paid livestreams, booking links, refunds, and cancellations are handled directly by the practitioner or event host unless GGN clearly states otherwise. I understand Jake is an AI bridge and guide and does not replace human support, therapy, crisis intervention, or medical care. I agree to report harmful behavior, unsafe content, threats, scams, harassment, or misuse of the app. I understand GGN is not an emergency service, medical provider, or crisis service.
