Refund / Cancellation Policy

After billing begins, cancellation will stop future renewal charges. Refund requests may be reviewed according to the Global Grief Network refund policy.

Members may cancel anytime through the secure billing portal.

Practitioner session payments, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled through the practitioner?s own booking or payment system.

Each practitioner sets their own policies.

Global Grief Network provides grief support resources, educational content, community tools, and access to independent practitioners. It is not an emergency service, medical provider, mental health crisis service, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Use of the app does not guarantee a specific outcome.
