How information is used

Information is used to route people to support, manage practitioner listings, display public events or retreats, process program interest, and improve the app experience.

What we do not store

GGN should not store bank account numbers, card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, private payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive records.

Practitioner payment links

Practitioners may publish approved public booking or payment links. Private financial credentials should never be submitted.

AI and Jake

Jake is a support guide and routing assistant. Jake is not a therapist, doctor, emergency responder, or medical diagnosis tool.
